![]() ![]() In 1969 the 4th generation, L40, was released. It featured a version with a drop side bed and it was capable of carrying a larger load. Additionally, the starter and generator were combined and mounted on the front of the crankshaft. The 元0 was the 3rd generation of the Suzuki Carry. ![]() This Carry pickup truck featured a canvas canopy and a rear facing seat positioned in the bed of the rear. A new Carry pickup truck was introduced in this generation as well. It sported a ladder frame chassis and independently sprung front wheels. The next generation appeared in June of 1965. This tiny vehicle had the engine underneath the front seat and a short hood. The first generation of Carry vans and trucks was introduced in 1961.
